A Class designed to teach you the THROWS, such as the Javelin, Discus, and Shot put to help you unleash the BEAST inside you!

You get to choose what you want to throw. (Choices: Javelin, Discus or Shot put.)

The throws, alongside Olympic Weightlifting, is a very explosive activity that will train you to utilize your body's maximum potential. You will unlock the power that you thought you never had!

A class focused on teaching you how to use Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting movements such as the snatch and the deadlift to help you become a STRONGER AND MORE POWERFUL you.

More emphasis will be placed on the Olympic Weightlifting movements than the powerlifting movements.
