POWER:
Olympic Weightlifting Class

A Class designed to teach you the THROWS, such as the Javelin, Discus, and Shot put to help you unleash the BEAST inside you!

You get to choose what you want to throw. (Choices: Javelin, Discus or Shot put.)

The throws, alongside Olympic Weightlifting, is a very explosive activity that will train you to utilize your body's maximum potential. You will unlock the power that you thought you never had!

(100/Session, 400 Pesos/ 5 Sessions/ 1000 Pesos for 14 Sessions)

A class focused on teaching you how to use Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting movements such as the snatch and the deadlift to help you become a STRONGER AND MORE POWERFUL you.

More emphasis will be placed on the Olympic Weightlifting movements than the powerlifting movements.

An online program for those students and adults who want to get fit, strong, and lean, but has a tight schedule

Uses body-weight exercises, and any available equipment to help you become leaner and stronger.

We will talk weekly about your goals personally through any means that would be convenient for you, such as by phone, Messenger, or Email.

Beast Program

An online program for those who want to bulk up and get stronger at the same time!

Best for people who has access to gyms and fitness equipment.

Uses weightlifting and powerlifting movements.
